Dr. Paulos is the co-owner of ARCH Dental + Aesthetics with Dr. Yusef. Raised in Victoria, BC, he was inspired early on by his father, Dr. Kostadino Paulos, whose holistic approach to dentistry emphasized the vital connection between oral health and overall well-being.
After completing his Bachelor of Science in Biology at the University of Victoria, Dr. Paulos spent a year working as his father’s chairside assistant. This hands-on experience allowed him to witness the transformative effects of holistic dental care, particularly the profound improvements in overall health that patients experienced following the removal of infected teeth and surrounding tissue. These insights solidified his passion for dentistry and motivated him to pursue advanced training in dental surgery.
In addition to his surgical focus, Dr. Paulos developed a strong interest in implant dentistry, recognizing how implants not only restore function and esthetics but also contribute to long-term health and quality of life. This led him to pursue advanced education in implant placement and regenerative techniques, further shaping the direction of his practice.
At ARCH Dental + Aesthetics, Dr. Khadembashi leads a team that specializes in implant dentistry, veneers, full-mouth rehabilitation, and facial aesthetic treatments such as PRF-based facial rejuvenation, Botox, and dermal fillers.
