After graduating in 2014 from the University of Western Australia and beginning his career in his hometown of Perth, Dr Khadembashi and his wife embarked on a new chapter in 2019, when they relocated to Vancouver, BC. With a focus on restoring health and function, he utilizes cutting-edge treatment options that not only ensure long-term stability but also adhere to the fundamental principles of biology.

Dr. Yusef Khadembashi is one of the visionaries behind ARCH Dental + Aesthetics, a premier dental practice dedicated to full-arch implant rehabilitation, high-end cosmetic dentistry, and advanced oral reconstructive treatments. With a strong emphasis on precision, aesthetics, and function, Dr. Khadembashi and his team provide transformative dental solutions tailored to each patient’s unique needs.
A graduate of the University of Western Australia (2014), Dr. Khadembashi has pursued extensive postgraduate training to refine his expertise in implantology, prosthodontics, and full-mouth rehabilitation. His credentials include:

Dr. Sam Paulos is the co-owner of ARCH Dental + Aesthetics, along with Dr. Khadembashi. He grew up in Victoria, BC observing his father, Dr. Kostadino Paulos and his colleagues such as Dr. Ara Elmajian practice general dentistry with a holistic approach, considering the impact of oral health on the health system.
Upon completion of his Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Victoria in 2005, Sam worked with his father for a year as his chairside assistant. During this time he learned a great deal about treating patients with a wide range of illnesses and chronic pain utilizing a holistic approach. He was especially impressed by the impact removing infected teeth and surrounding tissue had on a person’s health in general. This inspired him to pursue the field of dental surgery.
Dr. Sam Paulos received his Doctor of Dental Surgery from Dalhousie University in 2011. He received awards in the areas of Dental Occlusion and Anatomy. After 3 years of general practice in Winnipeg, MB, he returned to British Columbia to join Dr. Ara Elmajian and pursue his passion with a holistic approach Dental Surgery.
Dr. Paulos has received diplomas from Loma Linda University and the gIDE Institute for completing a one year Masters program in Implant Dentistry. He has learned the latest techniques in bone and soft tissue regeneration and implant placement under the preceptorship of Dr. Sascha Jovanovic.
Dr. Paulos focuses his practice on surgical treatments including complicated extractions, wisdom teeth removal, bone and soft tissue grafting, sinus augmentation and zirconia and titanium implant placement. He utilizes 3D CT Scans and similar technology to diagnose, plan and treat his patients from a holistic perspective with biocompatible materials to achieve harmony in biology, structure, function and esthetics.
At ARCH Dental + Aesthetics, Dr. Khadembashi leads a team that specializes in implant dentistry, veneers, full-mouth rehabilitation, and facial aesthetic treatments such as PRF-based facial rejuvenation, Botox, and dermal fillers. The clinic also features an IV lounge for wellness and recovery, ensuring patients receive a holistic approach to both oral and overall health.
Beyond dentistry, Dr. Khadembashi is a dedicated father of three children and an avid golfer, fly fisherman, and tennis player. His passion for precision and artistry extends to his hobbies, where he enjoys the technical challenges and creativity each sport demands.
